Join us on Saturday June 1st for a day of volunteering. Help us maintain our area trails. We will be providing sandwiches and soft drinks for lunch.
Please let us know if you will be staying for lunch.
We will hike about 1/2 mile and gain 550 feet of elevation to work in a mountain meadow. Work needs to be done on brushing and water bars on the Chinook Trail.
We will meet at the Tarbell Trailhead at 8 am and we can drive and carpool up to the work area parking on the L-1180 road. We will stop work about 1:00 pm and head down for lunch.
A Washington Discover pass is needed for parking and there is a vault toilet at the Tarbell Trailhead.
Searching in Google Maps for “Tarbell Trailhead” will direct you to the parking area. Cell service is intermittent at the Tarbell Trailhead.

If you’re not feeling well on the day of the work party please stay home and take care of yourself. We are volunteers and there are no work quotas.
